What We Are Looking For
Johnstone Construction Limited is looking for an intermediate Quantity Surveyor with:
- 3+ years experience in New Zealand in Commercial Construction;
- Perform accurate ‘take off’s’ using Cubit or Cost-X type software;
- Excellent knowledge of construction technology in the Civil and Commercial sectors;
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite;
- Experience and ability to lead and mentor a small team of junior quantity surveyors;
- Excellent contract administration.
Ideally you will be an all-rounder who can take on varying aspects of the job including securing and to some extent co-ordinating with suppliers on supply of materials/services.
