JOHNSTONE CONSTRUCTION HAS A GREAT CREW AND IS A COMPANY WHO REALLY LOOKS AFTER ITS WORKERS

Keys Tahata
Apprentice Carpenter

Keys started his career in construction working as a carpentry chippie on commercial renovations, new builds and reclads.

He came to Johnstone Construction as a temporary worker assisting on a petroleum build site and impressed the team with his dedication and enthusiasm. Keys didn’t have to think twice about saying ‘yes’ when he was offered a permanent role with the team.

Keys is undertaking a Carpentry apprenticeship and it has motivated him to continually build up his construction knowledge and skills. Every day on site sees Keys seeking out new learning opportunities from driving the diggers, to putting up framing, to erecting canopies.

When he’s not working hard on a Johnstone Construction site Keys enjoys spending time with his family.

“Johnstone Construction has a great crew and is a company that really looks after its workers.”
