ANDY GUNNING
EXPERIENCED HAMMER HAND & PLANT OPERATOR

Andy Gunning is currently working for Johnstone Construction as a Carpenter. Andy has worked across multiple Johnstone Construction sites as a sub-contractor. Andy joined Johnstone Construction full time late 2019.

Andy has over 30 years of experience under his belt. Past experience has seen Andy spend time tarmacking, being a digger & truck driver, civil carpentry and chippie work. Despite the 30+ years, working for Johnstone Construction on the Ngawha Geothermal site has been a highlight.

Andy enjoys the outdoor aspect of construction as well as the variety of work locations.

Outside of work Andy enjoys fishing and socializing. Andy originates from the United Kingdom where he raced Mini’s as a semi pro as well as rebuilding a purple, convertible mini.
