Retail-Fuel development
A new retail-fuel development, constructed under Covid-19 restrictions.
Johnstone Construction were the Main Contractor in the construction of a new retail fuel-station in a new development East of Taupo.
The scope of works included; all civil works, construction of the new shop and canopy, and including underground services, structures and site works.
The project involved concrete foundations and slabs for the Forecourt, Canopy (448m2 slab), Shop (250m2 slab) and Preceptor (46m2).
