Premium self serve-Fuel development

A new premium self-serve development.

 

Johnstone Construction were the Main Contractor in the construction of a new 24/7 self-serve fuel station located on Spa Rd, Taupo. The easy-access Premium Self Serve features a large weather-protective canopy and eight spacious fuelling positions.

The scope of works included; all civil works, construction of the canopy, and including underground services, structures and site works.

The project involved concrete foundations and slabs for the Forecourt, Canopy and Preceptor.

Development included:

  • Canopy.

  • Fuel Positions.

  • Forecourt.

  • Site Clearance.

  • Landscape Sofrworks.

 Johnstone Construction worked closely with the client, engaging in regular communication and feedback sessions to align the project's progress with the client's expectations. The company leveraged its experience in commercial construction, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and various trades to ensure a streamlined workflow and timely completion.

 The successful collaboration between Johnstone Construction and the client resulted in the timely completion of the 24/7 self-serve fuel station. The project fulfilled all the client's requirements, including the easy-access design, weather-protective canopy, and spacious fuelling positions.
