A multi-disciplined commercial construction project built over 18 Months with detailed programme management.

 

A large multi-disciplined commercial construction project built over 3 years in Auckland. The scope of the project expanded to include exterior fencing and interior fit-out as a result of the client being impressed with Johnstone Construction’s standard of work.

The project was designed to be modern while also blending the architectural appearance of the existing temple, which required construction of a link building. Johnstone Construction began with the demolition and excavation of a 3000m2 area and finished with the installation of exterior temple details such as canopy tiling, pergolas, and friezes.

Development included:

  • Commercial Kitchen.

  • Large dining hall.

  • Underground parking.

  • Community Café.

  • Dressing Rooms.

  • Basement.

  • An elevator.

  • Four multi-function rooms & rooms for overnight accommodation.
